Does the rental price include fuel and expressway fees?
The daily rental price on the website includes only the vehicle rental fee and the driver’s labor. It does not include fuel, expressway tolls, and parking fees, for which the renter will be responsible based on actual costs (Round trip, refill the tank to full).
How many hours does the driver work?
The standard working hours for the driver are 10 hours per day (e.g., 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM). If this period is exceeded, additional overtime (OT) will be charged at a rate of 200-300 THB per hour, depending on the vehicle type.
If traveling to other provinces and staying overnight, do I have to pay for the driver's accommodation?
In the event of an overnight stay in other provinces, the renter is responsible for additional accommodation costs for the driver (approximately 500-800 Baht per night) to ensure the driver receives adequate rest and is ready to provide safe driving services the following day.
How many people can one van seat?
Our VIP van (Toyota Commuter) is configured with 9-10 seats to emphasize spaciousness and legroom comfort. If you have a large amount of luggage, we recommend a maximum of 8-9 passengers to provide sufficient space for bags at the back.
How many days in advance do I need to book?
Since vans with drivers are in high demand, especially during long holidays and festivals, it is recommended to book at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure that a quality vehicle and driver are available for service.
