Does the car rental fee with a driver include fuel and expressway fees?
The car rental price with a driver displayed on the website includes the car rental fee, driver’s wages, and car insurance but does not include fuel costs, expressway fees, and parking fees which the renter will be responsible for based on actual costs. However, if corporate customers require an all-inclusive price, they can contact the sales department for a quotation.
How many hours is the standard service period, and how is overtime (OT) calculated?
Car rental service with driver covers a standard working period of 10 hours per day (e.g., starting pickup at 08:00 AM and ending at 06:00 PM). If usage exceeds the specified duration, overtime charges will apply, with rates starting from 200-300 Baht per hour depending on the vehicle type and model.
In the case of traveling to other provinces, do I need to pay for the driver's accommodation?
In the event of traveling to other provinces and requiring an overnight stay, the renter is responsible for additional daily allowance and accommodation costs for the driver (approximately 500-800 Baht per night) to ensure the driver receives adequate rest and is ready for safe driving the following day.
Is there an English-speaking driver available?
The company has a team of English-speaking drivers available to serve foreign customers. Additional service fees may apply. Please inform us of your request in advance during the booking process so that our staff can arrange the most suitable driver for you.
Is smoking or drinking alcohol allowed in the car?
The company requests your cooperation to refrain from smoking inside the vehicle under any circumstances for good hygiene and to prevent lingering odors. Regarding the consumption of alcoholic beverages, it is permitted, but we kindly ask renters to be mindful of cleanliness to avoid stains or damage to the seats and interior equipment.
How many days in advance must I notify to cancel or change a booking?
Changes to travel dates, times, or pick-up/drop-off points can be made by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Booking cancellations and deposit refund policies are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the quotation or rental agreement, and the company reserves the right to consider these on a case-by-case basis.
