We offer Fortuner rental services in both self-drive for privacy or with a chauffeur for convenience.

Deposit: 10,000 – 20,000 Baht (Refunded within 24 hours after car return)

Service Terms and Conditions Details

For Self-Drive

• Duration: Minimum rental 1 day (24 hours). Late return allowed up to 5 hours (fine of 321 Baht/hour. If exceeding 5 hours, it counts as 1 day).

• Fuel: Receive with a full tank, return with a full tank (If inconvenient to refill, there is a service fee of 321 Baht + actual fuel cost).

• Insurance: Includes basic 1st-class insurance (SCDW can be added for 321 Baht/day for more comprehensive coverage).

For Chauffeur Driven

• Service Hours: 10 hours/day (Overtime charged based on actual usage if exceeded).

• Other Expenses: Price excludes fuel, expressway fees, and parking fees (Renter pays actual costs).

• Overnight Upcountry: Driver accommodation fee of 535 Baht/night.

• Safety: Professional, polite drivers who are experts on routes and drive safely.

Although the Toyota Fortuner is a 7-seater, for comfort throughout the journey, Exclusive Car Rental recommends arranging seats to suit your luggage:

• Passenger-focused (5-7 persons): Suitable for short seminar trips or dining out. Rear luggage space will be limited (can fit 2-3 backpacks or small suitcases).

• Cargo-focused/Long-distance (4-5 persons): Recommended to fold up the 3rd-row seats. This provides a spacious cabin area that can comfortably fit 4-5 large suitcases (24-28 inches), ready for long trips.

1. Individuals: ID Card, Driver’s License, Credit Card (for security deposit), Flight Ticket (if traveling from upcountry)

2. Juridical Person/Company: Company Certificate (not older than 3 months), VAT Certificate (P.P.20), Director’s ID Card and Driver’s License
