Can I rent a car without a credit card?
Yes, Exclusive Car Rental understands our customers’ needs. If you do not have a credit card, you can use a salary slip (latest month) along with a 3-month bank statement or a flight ticket (in case of arrival) instead of a credit card for self-drive car rentals.
Where is the car pick-up and return point at the airport?
Customers who want to rent a car at Don Mueang , the pick-up point will be at Terminal 2. For customers who rent a car at the airport , the meeting point will be on the 4th floor (Departures), Gate 8, where our staff will be waiting to deliver the car to you.
When will I get the deposit back?
We guarantee a fast security deposit refund. For bank transfers, we will process the refund within 24 hours after the vehicle is returned and inspected. For credit card payments, it will take approximately 15-30 days, depending on the bank’s processing cycle.
Can I drive a rental car to other provinces?
Certainly. Customers can rent a car to travel to other provinces throughout Thailand with unlimited mileage (subject to promotion terms and conditions), as long as the vehicle is not taken outside the Kingdom of Thailand.
Are there cars available for rent in Bangkok for foreigners?
Yes, we provide Car rental Bangkok services for foreigners. You will need a Passport, an International Driving Permit (or a valid driver’s license in English), a Credit Card, and Return Flight Tickets. We offer both short-term and long-term rentals.
What was the fuel level when you picked up the car?

The website price includes Basic Insurance, which covers third-party liability. If you require additional vehicle coverage or a No Deductible option (no deductible payment required), you can purchase SCDW supplemental insurance at an affordable price.
Do I have to wait long to pick up the car at the airport?
It won’t take long. Once you provide your flight details, our team will have the car waiting at the meeting point (Don Mueang Terminal 2 / Suvarnabhumi 4th Floor). As soon as you land, you can inspect the car, sign the contract, and pick up the keys to drive away immediately. It is very convenient and fast.
