Questions about the service Airport shuttle
Where is the meeting point at the airport?
- Suvarnabhumi Airport: The driver will be waiting at the Arrival Hall 2nd Floor, Gate 3 or Gate 4 (Meeting Area) holding a sign with the booker’s name.
- Don Mueang Airport:
International Passengers: Terminal 1, Gate 5
Domestic Passengers: Terminal 2, Gate 12

If the flight is delayed (Flight Delay), will there be additional charges?
The company has a team monitoring flight status at all times. If your flight is delayed, our driver will wait for you at no additional charge (for delays within a reasonable timeframe). However, if your flight is changed, please notify our customer service center as soon as possible.
What does the service price include?
Most airport transfer service prices are all-inclusive, which already include vehicle rental, driver fees, fuel, tolls, and airport parking fees. You do not need to pay any additional amount to the driver (except in cases of stops at other locations outside the agreed route).
How many hours in advance do I need to book?
To ensure vehicle availability, it is recommended to book at least 24 hours before your travel time. For urgent cases (Last Minute Booking), please contact our Call Center or LINE Official to check for availability.
Recommended number of passengers and luggage per vehicle
Sedan: Up to 3 passengers + 2 large suitcases
SUV/PPV: Up to 4 passengers + 3-4 large suitcases
Van: Up to 9 passengers + 5-7 large suitcases
If you have oversized luggage (such as golf bags, strollers), please inform our staff before booking so we can recommend the appropriate vehicle model.
What should I do if I can't find my driver?
In case you cannot find the staff holding a name sign at the meeting point, please contact the company’s Call Center or the emergency phone number specified in the Booking Voucher immediately. Our staff will coordinate and bring the driver to meet you as soon as possible.
