Service Terms and Conditions
In case of Self-Drive

Duration: Minimum rental 1 day (24 hours). Late return not exceeding 5 hours (hourly fine applies; if over 5 hours, it is charged as 1 day).

Charging: Receive the car with a full battery (80-100%). When returning, the battery must not be lower than the specified level (or according to company conditions).

Insurance: Includes basic Class 1 insurance (SCDW can be purchased for more comprehensive coverage).
In case of Chauffeur Driven

Service Hours: 10 hours/day (overtime charged as actual if exceeded).

Other Expenses: Price does not include tolls, parking fees, and charging costs during the trip (renter pays actual costs).

Overnight in other provinces: Additional driver accommodation fee per night.

Safety: Professional, polite drivers who are familiar with routes and understand electric vehicle usage well.
