Service Terms and Conditions Details

Self-Drive Case

• Duration: Minimum rental of 1 day (24 hours). Late return allowed up to 5 hours (fine of 321 Baht/hour; over 5 hours counts as 1 day).

• Fuel: Pick up with a full tank, return with a full tank (if inconvenient to refill, a service fee of 321 Baht + actual fuel cost applies).

• Insurance: Includes basic 1st-class insurance (SCDW can be purchased for an additional 321 Baht/day for more comprehensive coverage).

Chauffeur Driven Case

• Service Hours: 10 hours/day (OT 321 Baht/hour).

• Other Expenses: Price excludes fuel, expressway fees, and parking fees (renter pays actual costs).

• Overnight Upcountry: Driver accommodation fee of 535 Baht/night.

• Safety: Professional, polite, well-dressed drivers who are experts on routes.

Required Rental Documents (For Self-Drive)

1. Individuals: ID Card, Driver’s License, Credit Card (for pre-authorization), Flight Ticket (if traveling from upcountry/abroad).

2. Juristic Persons/Companies: Company Certificate (not older than 3 months), VAT Registration (P.P.20), Director’s ID Card and Driver’s License.
