Terms and Conditions (Service Agreement)
1. Self-Drive Rental
Rental Period: Minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours).
Grace Period: A late return of up to 5 hours is permitted.
Late Fee: Returns exceeding the 5-hour grace period will be charged as an additional full day.
Fuel Policy: The vehicle will be provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. If not, a service fee plus actual fuel costs will be charged.
Insurance: Includes basic First-Class insurance. Optional: Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) can be purchased for enhanced coverage.
2. Chauffeur-Driven Service
Service Hours: Standard service is 10 hours per day. Overtime will be charged at an hourly rate based on actual usage beyond the limit.
Additional Expenses: Rates exclude fuel, toll fees, and parking fees. These costs are to be settled by the client based on actual usage.
Overnight Trips: A driver accommodation fee applies for out-of-province trips requiring an overnight stay.
Safety & Professionalism: We provide professional, polite, and experienced drivers who are knowledgeable about routes, strictly non-smokers, and committed to road safety.
