To ensure a smooth and pleasant journey, please review our service guidelines:

• Service Hours: Standard service is based on 10 hours per day (e.g., if pick-up is at 08:00 AM, the shift ends at 06:00 PM).

• Overtime (OT): Overtime charges apply at 321–856 THB per hour, depending on the vehicle type.

• Excluded Expenses: Rental rates do not include fuel, tollway fees, or parking fees. These are to be paid by the customer based on actual usage. If the payer is not traveling with the group, a 2,000 THB deposit for these expenses will be required in advance.

• Out-of-Town/Overnight Trips: A surcharge of 1,070 THB per night applies for overnight trips. The driver will be responsible for their own meals and accommodation.

• Speed Limit: Drivers must strictly adhere to legal speed limits at all times.

• Electric Vehicle (EV) Note: For EV rentals, customers must plan the route carefully. Due to range limitations, the vehicle may require charging stops during the trip.

• Safety & Prohibited Items: No weapons, hazardous materials, or illegal items are permitted in the vehicle.

• Conduct: Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of narcotics are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

• Restricted Areas: Travel to high-risk areas or regions affected by natural disasters is prohibited.

• Interior Care: Foods with strong odors and flammable objects are not allowed in the vehicle.

• Driver Fatigue: For long-distance trips, drivers are required to take a short break every 1–2 hours for safety.

• Passenger & Cargo Limits: Customers must specify the number of passengers and luggage in advance. Exceeding the vehicle’s seating capacity is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
