Self-Drive Rental Terms
Rental Period: Minimum rental duration is 1 day (24 hours).
Grace Period: A late return of up to 5 hours is permitted.
Late Fee: If returned later than 5 hours, an additional full-day charge will apply. Hourly late fees apply within the 5-hour grace period.
Fuel Policy: Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. If you prefer not to refuel, a service fee plus the actual cost of fuel will be charged.
Insurance: Rental includes basic First-Class insurance. Optional: Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) can be purchased for enhanced coverage and peace of mind.
Required Documents for Self-Drive Rental
1. Individual Renters
National ID Card: Valid original ID card.
Driver’s License: Valid original driver’s license.
Credit Card: A valid credit card in the driver’s name (required for credit pre-authorization).
Travel Documentation: Flight ticket or boarding pass (for travelers arriving from other provinces).
2. Corporate Renters (Legal Entities)
Company Registration Certificate: Issued within the last 3 months.
VAT Registration Certificate (P.P. 20): Valid original copy.
Authorized Signatory Documentation:
Copy of the National ID card of the authorized director.
Copy of the driver’s license of the authorized director (or the designated driver).
