Pickup Process:
Please wait comfortably inside the terminal near Gate 8.
Our staff will contact you via phone upon arrival.
We will then escort you to Lat Krabang Airport Rail Link (ARL) Station to complete the rental agreement and receive your vehicle.
Handover Duration: Vehicle inspection and orientation will take approximately 15 minutes.
Don Mueang International Airport (DMK)
Meeting Point: Terminal 2, Level 3 (Departure Terminal), Gate 15.
Pickup Process:
Please wait comfortably inside the terminal near Gate 15.
Our staff will contact you via phone upon arrival.
We will then escort you to the PTT Gas Station (Airport 2 Branch, next to Jey Leng Shop) to complete the rental agreement and receive your vehicle.
Airport Van Rental Terms & Conditions
Option 1: Self-Drive Rental
Rental Duration:
Minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours).
Overtime Policy: A late return fee of 535 THB per hour applies. Delays exceeding 5 hours will be charged as a full additional day.
Fuel Policy:
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank.
Note: If you prefer not to refuel, we offer a professional refueling service where the actual fuel cost plus a service fee will be applied.
Insurance Coverage:
Basic First-Class Insurance is included in all rental rates.
For enhanced protection, you may opt to purchase our Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) for more comprehensive coverage.
Option 2: Chauffeur-Driven Rental
Service Hours: Standard service time is 10 hours per day. Overtime hours are charged according to the actual duration.
Excluded Expenses: The rental rate does not include fuel, expressway tolls, or parking fees. These costs are to be covered by the renter based on actual expenses.
Overnight Trips: For trips requiring an overnight stay in another province, a driver accommodation fee of 1,070 THB per night applies.
