Where can I pick up my rental car at the airport
Meeting Point:
Terminal 2, 3rd Floor (Departure Hall), Gate 15.
Pickup Procedure:
Please wait comfortably inside the terminal building at Gate 15.
Our staff will call you upon arrival.
We will then escort you to the PTT Gas Station, Don Mueang Airport 2 (located next to Jey Leng shop) to complete the rental agreement and receive your vehicle.
Delivery Time:
The vehicle inspection and handover process, including a brief orientation on vehicle operation, takes approximately 15 minutes.

Rental Duration:
Minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours).
Overtime Policy: A late return fee of 535 THB per hour applies. Returns delayed by more than 5 hours will be charged as a full additional day.
Fuel Policy:
Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and are expected to be returned with a full tank.
Note: If you are unable to refuel, we provide a refueling service where the actual fuel cost plus a service fee will be applied.
Insurance Coverage:
Basic First-Class Insurance is included in all rental rates.
For enhanced protection and greater peace of mind, you may opt to purchase our Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW).
