For Individuals:
National ID Card
Valid Driver’s License

Company Registration Certificate (Issued within the last 3 months)

Terms & Conditions of Service
Self-Drive Rental Terms & Conditions
1. Rental Duration
Minimum Rental Period: 1 day (24 hours).
Grace Period: A late return grace period of up to 5 hours is permitted.
Late Return Fees:
If the vehicle is returned after the grace period, a penalty of 535 THB per hour will be charged.
Any return exceeding 5 hours late will be charged as an additional full rental day.
2. Fuel Policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank. Please return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.
If you choose not to refuel, a service fee of 321 THB will be applied, plus the actual cost of the missing fuel.
3. Insurance Coverage
The rental rate includes Standard First-Class Insurance.
For added peace of mind and more comprehensive coverage, SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) is available for purchase as an optional add-on.
