Booking Process
Step 1: Choose Your Vehicle Browse our fleet and select the vehicle that best suits your needs.
Step 2: Submit Booking Request Contact us via [Phone Number/Line ID/Website Form] to check availability for your desired dates.
Step 3: Prepare Documents Prepare your required documents (ID card/Passport, Driver’s License, and Credit Card).
Step 4: Confirm and Pay Confirm your booking and complete the payment/deposit process.
Step 5: Pick Up Your Vehicle Pick up your vehicle at our location or enjoy our Doorstep Delivery Service (at your specified location).
Required Documents for Self-Drive Rental
1. For Individuals (บุคคลธรรมดา)
National ID Card: A valid original ID card.
Driver’s License: A valid Thai driver’s license.
Credit Card: For security deposit (credit hold).
Flight Ticket/Boarding Pass: Required for customers traveling from other provinces.
2. For Corporate / Business Rental (นิติบุคคล/บริษัท)
Company Registration Certificate: Issued within the last 3 months.
VAT Registration Certificate (PP.20): A valid copy of the VAT registration certificate.
Authorized Director’s Documents: Original ID card and driver’s license of the authorized director (signatory).
Rental Terms and Conditions
กรณีเช่าขับเอง (Self-Drive)
Rental Period: The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours). A grace period of 5 hours is allowed for vehicle return. Returns exceeding the 5-hour grace period will be charged as an additional full rental day.
Fuel Policy: Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. If you are unable to refuel, a service fee of 321 THB plus the actual fuel cost will be charged.
Insurance Coverage: The rental rate includes basic First-Class Insurance. For enhanced peace of mind, an optional Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) can be purchased for more comprehensive coverage.
