Service Terms and Conditions

For Self-Drive

• Duration: Minimum rental of 1 day (24 hours). Late return up to 5 hours allowed (hourly fine applies; over 5 hours counts as 1 day).

• Fuel: Pick up with a full tank, return with a full tank (if inconvenient to refill, a service fee + actual fuel cost applies).

• Insurance: Includes basic first-class insurance (SCDW can be purchased for more comprehensive coverage).

For Rental with Driver (Chauffeur Driven)

• Service Hours: 10 hours/day (overtime charged based on actual usage).

• Other Expenses: Price excludes fuel, tolls, and parking fees (renter pays actual costs).

• Overnight Upcountry: Additional driver accommodation fee per night.

• Safety: Professional, polite drivers who are experts in routes and drive safely.

Rental Documents (For Self-Drive)

1. Individuals: ID card, driver’s license, credit card (for security deposit), income documents or flight ticket.

2. Juridical Person/Company: Company certificate (not older than 3 months), VAT registration (P.P.20), director’s ID card and driver’s license.
