Service Terms and Conditions Details

For Self-Drive

• Duration: Minimum rental of 1 day (24 hours). Late return allowed up to 5 hours (hourly fine applies; over 5 hours counts as 1 day).

• Fuel: Receive the car with a full tank, return with a full tank (if inconvenient to refill, a service fee + actual fuel cost applies).

• Insurance: Includes basic 1st-class insurance (SCDW can be purchased for more comprehensive coverage).

For Chauffeur Driven

• Service Hours: 10 hours/day (overtime charged based on actual time if exceeded).

• Other Expenses: Price does not include fuel, expressway fees, and parking fees (renter pays actual costs).

• Provincial Overnight: Additional driver accommodation fee per night.

• Safety: Professional, polite drivers who are experts on routes and drive safely.

Rental Documents (For Self-Drive)

1. Individuals: ID Card, Driver’s License, Credit Card (for pre-authorization), Flight Ticket (if traveling from other provinces)

2. Juristic Person/Company: Company Certificate (not older than 3 months), VAT Registration (P.P.20), Director’s ID Card and Driver’s License
