Service Terms and Conditions Details

For Self-Drive

• Duration: Minimum rental of 1 day (24 hours). Late return allowed up to 5 hours (hourly fine applies; over 5 hours counts as 1 day).

• Charging: Receive the car with a full battery (80-100%). Upon return, the battery must not be lower than the specified level (or according to company conditions).

• Insurance: Includes basic 1st-class insurance (SCDW can be purchased for more comprehensive coverage).

For Chauffeur-Driven

• Service Hours: 10 hours/day (overtime charged based on actual usage).

• Other Expenses: Price excludes expressway fees, parking fees, and en-route charging costs (to be paid by the hirer as incurred).

• Overnight Upcountry: Additional driver accommodation fee per night applies.

• Safety: Professional, polite drivers who are experts in routes and well-versed in electric vehicle systems.

Rental Documents (For Self-Drive)

1. Individuals: ID card, driver’s license, credit card (for security deposit pre-authorization), flight ticket (if traveling from upcountry).

2. Juristic Person/Company: Company certificate (not older than 3 months), VAT registration (P.P.20), director’s ID card and driver’s license.
