Service Terms and Conditions

Self-Drive Case

• Duration: Minimum 1-day rental (24 hours). Late return is allowed for up to 5 hours (fines charged by the hour; if over 5 hours, it is charged as 1 day).

• Fuel: Pick up with a full tank, return with a full tank (if not convenient to refill, there is a service handling fee + actual fuel cost).

• Insurance: Includes basic Class 1 insurance (SCDW can be purchased for more comprehensive coverage).

Chauffeur Driven Case

• Service Hours: 10 hours/day (overtime charged at actual rate if exceeded).

• Other Expenses: Price does not include fuel, expressway fees, and parking fees (renter pays actual costs).

• Overnight Upcountry: Additional driver accommodation fee per night.

• Safety: Professional, polite drivers, familiar with routes, non-smoking, and safe driving.

Rental Documents (For Self-Drive)

1. Individuals: ID card, driver’s license, credit card (for pre-authorization), flight ticket (if traveling from upcountry).

2. Legal Entity/Company: Company certificate (not older than 3 months), P.P.20, director’s ID card and driver’s license.
