Service Terms and Conditions Details

For Self-Drive

• Duration: Minimum rental of 1 day (24 hours). Late return allowed up to 5 hours (fine of 214 Baht/hour; over 5 hours counts as 1 day).

• Fuel: Pick up with a full tank, return with a full tank (If not convenient to refill, a service fee of 321 Baht + actual fuel cost applies).

• Insurance: Includes basic first-class insurance (SCDW can be added for 214 Baht/day).

For Chauffeur Driven

• Service Hours: 10 hours/day (OT 214 Baht/hour).

• Other Expenses: Price excludes fuel, tolls, and parking fees (renter pays actual costs).

• Overnight Upcountry: Driver accommodation fee of 535 Baht/night.

• Safety: Professional, polite drivers who are experts on routes and have passed criminal background checks.

1. Individuals: ID Card, Driver’s License, Credit Card (for security deposit pre-authorization), Flight Ticket (if any)

2. Juristic Persons/Companies: Company Certificate (not older than 3 months), VAT Registration (P.P.20), ID Card and Driver’s License of the Director
